Can you print my own designs?
Yes. Send print-ready files and we produce a strike-off for approval before production. We accept PDF, TIF, PSD and similar formats at 300 DPI, with RGB, CMYK or Pantone TP/TPX colour references.
I don't have designs yet — can you help?
Yes. Our in-house designers develop exclusive, production-ready print collections with you.
Can you source fabric outside your own stock?
No — to maintain consistent quality standards, we only produce using our own fabric stock.
What does a strike-off cost?
Strike-offs are charged separately, at 2x the production unit price.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we work with brands across Europe, North America, the Gulf, the UK, and Australia.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit before production starts, 50% balance before shipment. We accept USD, EUR, GBP, AUD and TRY.
Will my designs stay confidential?
Yes. Client artwork, tech packs and designs are kept confidential in our archives and used only for that client's own orders — all designs are used exclusively for the client they were made for. We're also happy to sign a formal NDA on request.
Which certificates do you hold?
Our inks and printing processes are certified OEKO-TEX® ECO PASSPORT, GOTS-approved by ECOCERT, and bluesign® APPROVED — meeting strict standards for human-ecological safety, organic textile production, and global consumer-safety and sustainability.
Can I visit the facility?
Yes, by appointment — our facility is in Kağıthane, Istanbul.
